You will be the 3rd PA in the company and primarily support the new Head of the Deal Team + the other investment professionals. There are currently 5 people in the team but they will be growing to 10 over the next 6-12 months. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Booking extensive international travel to remote locations
· Diary management for multiple people
· Arranging visas
· Scheduling internal and external meetings
· Board meeting prep
· Managing visitor and meeting rooms
Team culture is paramount to this company, so it is important that their next PA is professional, sociable and constantly striving to improve. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is essential. The ideal PA will have managed multiple diaries, booked plenty of travel (+visas), and have supported a team.
