Specialist boutique Law firm

£35-45k

 

A small specialist law firm based in Fitzrovia are seeking a positive, proactive and highly effective PA with exceptional attention to detail.

Our client are affiliated to a US practice and are a hugely well respected set up, working in a niche area whose clients often include well known tv, film and media figures - so although it is a highly professional firm, it is more relaxed in feel than some law firms.

 

The Role

Supporting a Senior Partner, you will be responsible for all diary and travel management across multiple time zones, comprehensive client set up, document management, website coordination and copy, acting as first point of contact for queries and visitors as well as assisting with some general office management.

 

The Person

We are looking for a calm and capable PA with a genuine passion for providing top level assistance. An interest in the legal sector would be advantageous but it is more important to work with enthusiasm and a proactive manner and take pride in staying a step ahead and being able to anticipate requirements.

It is a busy environment so a forward thinker with a lot of initiative is essential, high EQ and high attention to detail are also must haves!

There is plenty of scope to take on more and get involved in more focused work but at the core of everything is a strong organisational ability.

 

  • Salary is DOE but circa £35-45k
  • 9am-6pm
