We are currently recruiting for a Float PA with an established British leading private equity and investment advisory firm (based throughout Europe, Asia and US). As Float PA you will be supporting a multitude of teams in a largely traditional role with diary and travel management, preparing for board meetings and other key meetings, expenses, ad hoc admin and possibly a little bit of personal work. The role will be busy and you will need to adapt and hit the ground running when moving into different support positions – you need to be proactive and use your initiative! Everyone at this firm does 9am – 6pm and whilst you will have a phone to check your emails from time to time and just in case your exec is stuck somewhere abroad, the team largely have a good work life balance.
What they are looking for is someone who is highly organised, professional, well presented (client facing), proactive, a team player, self-motivated and has a really good attention to detail. As you will be working as a float it is a really good opportunity to meet a lot of people in the company which will stand you in good stead should a static role become available – it is a fantastic opportunity with a huge scope to learn.
