Our client is looking for an experienced PA to take on an exciting 12 month maternity contract, which will start at the end of November. Their stunning offices are based in central Mayfair and they have a lovely culture, where everyone mucks in and works collaboratively across the business.
The successful PA will be supporting a team of four, which includes a Principal, who also requires some personal work to ensure his business and home life runs seamlessly.
On a daily basis you will be required to manage extremely busy diaries, put together regular and last minute international travel schedules and process expenses plus other admin support. As this is a boutique office you will be required to share the office management duties such as occasional Reception cover and meeting and greeting clients.
To be the successful PA in this role you need to be a proactive, and positive team player, with exceptional attention to detail. It is essential that you have advanced skills with the full Microsoft office suite. The client is looking for a PA who can demonstrate experience supporting a team, and ideally will come from an alternative investment background.

The core hours are 8.30-5.30pm, however you will be expected to check emails in the evenings when the team travel, but no extensive overtime or weekend work.
