We have taken on a few exciting PA roles at one of the world's leading private equity firms. The firm is a very prestigious US owned company with 150 employees in London, based in amazing offices in the heart of Mayfair.
Our client is looking for experienced PAs to join their team, some positions will be supporting senior level executives and some will be supporting small teams. You will be working for the Private Equity part of the business where the PA roles are largely traditional and very fast paced. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
- Complex travel arrangements
- Various ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal PAs will have a good amount of PA experience in a fast-paced environment, including experience in booking travel and managing diaries. You should be comfortable with a traditional but demanding PA role where a muck in attitude is essential, as well as being confident, proactive, efficient and hardworking.
The core hours are 9am to 5.30pm although you will need to be flexible during busy periods. In return the firm will pay you up to £50k plus amazing benefits which include:

- 22 days holiday which increases to 25 after 2 years
