We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for a PA to join a reputable private equity firm in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair. They have a great working environment and very low staff turnover as a result.
The successful candidate will be supporting a team of nine in the real estate department who are all hardworking and very busy. The role will be largely traditional support, where responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive travel coordination
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks
Our client is looking for a PA with proven experience in supporting multiple people and who has ideally worked in private equity previously. It's a very fun and collaborative environment, so they are looking for someone who is positive and upbeat who will fit in seamlessly within their team. The candidate must be confident, incredibly organised, excellent at multi-tasking and able to think on their feet. Italian speaking would be beneficial but not essential.
