A prestigious US owned investment firm are looking for a PA to join their hardworking and friendly team in their stunning offices in Mayfair. The role is working within the Credit part of the business and is a traditional PA role with a high volume of diary and travel planning. The team itself is around 12 and you would be working alongside another PA, together ensuring the smooth operation of this high achieving team.
You would be supporting a senior MD (Head of the team) plus 2/3 others, all of whom travel a lot and have high demands on their time, therefore the successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment. You will be able to prioritise and manage their time very well and be someone who really enjoys organising busy people and making their working lives run smoothly. They are looking for someone enthusiastic, confident and proactive with a can-do attitude.
As well as a salary of up to £50k, there are excellent benefits including; free lunch every day, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonus and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
The core hours are 9am – 5.30pm and you do need to be flexible.
