Our client is looking for a PA / Office Manager to join their hedge fund based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a newly created role where you'll have an extremely broad range of responsibilities so there's a real chance to muck in and make the role you're own. The role has come about as this global hedge fund has recently opened up offices in London. The office is can be quiet due to low headcount but it's a really exciting time to join as they establish the London office.
In the role you'll be providing support to the Head of Sales in their London office. The Founder and other senior level professionals frequently visit so you'll also need to provide support for them when needed. Our client is looking for a PA / Office Manager who's proactive, and happy to work under their own initiative - you'll need to be able to complete projects without much oversight. Meticulous attention to detail, great organisational and interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to think on your feet to keep up with the fast-pace of the role. Previous experience working in an administrative role within the financial services sector is incredibly advantageous.
- Answering phones
- Diary management
- Booking international travel and organising itineraries
- Dealing with all office supplies and contracts
- Assisting marketing the marketing team
- Supporting organisation of IR activities
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Ad-hoc project work
- Up to £50k plus discretionary bonus
