We've just taken on a fantastic PA role with one of our favourite private equity clients based in St. James’s. In the role you'll be supporting a team of three with diary management, organisation of complex travel itineraries, expenses and general ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The company is a highly respected global private equity firm with offices based in the US and Asia. It's a great company to work for, with a lovely culture and an emphasis on the development of their employees - demonstrated in its extremely low turnover of staff. The chosen PA will be supporting a small but friendly team who are heads down and hardworking but also have a sense of humour so they're looking for someone who can fit in and hit the ground running.
The ideal PA will have an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated, passionate and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You'll also need to have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Previous experience working in a similar organisation is extremely advantageous.
