We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join an innovative investment firm based in Victoria. It's a really great company to be a part of and every employee there is extremely passionate about the work they do. The firm invests in the poorest, developing regions of Africa and South Asia, making a huge difference to the lives of the people who live there by helping to develop local economies and grow jobs. Their UK offices are based in Victoria with around 200 employees.
In the role you'll be providing support to the extremely busy HR department, mostly to four heads but also some lighter support to the wider team. It's a newly created role so you'll need to show bundles of initiative to be able to undertake all tasks that will help make the teams daily lives smoother and more manageable. It's also an extremely busy role so you'll need to be an excellent organiser and be comfortable working to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the upmost discretion to be able to handle lots of sensitive information. Previous experience working in a similar environment or role is extremely beneficial.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Complex diary management and travel arrangements
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- HR projects
- Contract preparation
- Managing screening process
- On-boarding of new starters
- Up to £40k
