Executive Assistant (FTC)
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to take on a maternity contract at a lovely private equity firm in Marylebone. They're an American owned firm with offices based globally, and around 100 in London. It's a great opportunity as they are super friendly, have a great professional and collaborative culture, and offer some impressive benefits.
The role will be fairly traditional and you'll be offering support to one partner (this will be most of your time) and two associates in the operations team who are fairly self-sufficient. The partner is constantly travelling so experience with booking complex itineraries is essential as well as having worked in a similar role and industry. Our client is looking for an executive assistant who is confident to hit the ground running. You'll need to be happy working under your own initiative, juggling multiple competing priorities, and responding to last-minute changes while remaining calm and level-headed.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Booking extensive travel
- Managing a busy diary
- Processing expenses
- Some operations projects
- Up to £50k plus discretionary bonus

- Contract is starting ASAP - April 2020
- Hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm
