An exciting hybrid Reception and Office Assistant position has just become available at one of our favourite boutique private equity clients, based in the heart of the West End. This is the perfect entry-level role for a recent graduate or someone from the hospitality industry who is looking for their first role within a corporate environment, with plenty of progression opportunities longer term.
Our client is wonderful, they are really close-knit and you will be working alongside another PA, who will be your mentor. You will report to the Operations Manager and will assist with any overflow project work overtime. There is also the opportunity to take on Team Assistant duties longer term.
The core responsibilities of this role are fairly traditional alongside some team assistant-based projects that you will complete as part of your development.
These duties include:
- Answering and screening calls
- Dealing with enquiries
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Keeping the meeting rooms in top condition
- Providing assistance to the investment team
The successful Receptionist will be someone who is confident, welcoming, friendly, proactive and will have a positive attitude. Experience working within hospitality would definitely be an advantage, as well as having some office-based work experience within a corporate setting.
