This is a 12 month maternity contract, where they’re looking for a fab Receptionist to come in and hit the ground running to become the face of the company. Since you’ll be the first point of contact, you’ll need to be confident, personable and professional. It’s quite a varied role where your responsibilities would range from meeting and greeting, answering phones, managing meeting rooms and ordering office supplies, to providing ad hoc assistance to the wider team and office manager where required.
They’re looking for someone who has experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment, and is proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. You’ll need to be trustworthy, reliable and professional, and it’s vital that you’re a strong team player. Since this is a very busy role, you’ll have to have excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and be proactive and resourceful when issues arise.
