We have just taken on a lovely new reception role with one of the top real estate companies in Europe. They have offices all over Europe but this role will be based in their HQ in Oxford Circus.
This is a traditional reception role therefore, your main responsibilities will include; meeting and greeting, screening phone calls, serving tea and coffee, setting up the conference rooms, managing the meeting rooms, organising; lunches, couriers, taxis and post, ordering stationery and maintaining office supplies, and just mucking in when needed. There is also scope in this role to get involved with other departments such as HR.
They are looking for someone extremely positive, intelligent and intuitive that is eager to learn and grow with the company. The successful receptionist will represent them positively as a brand ambassador, and always maintain a seamless level of customer service. Therefore, a background in customer services is beneficial as well as previous admin experience.
In return, they are offering up to £30k and a fantastic benefits package including; life insurance, private healthcare and dental cover, pension plan, discretionary bonus and 20 days holiday. Their core hours are 8:30-6pm.
