We have just taken on an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join a private equity firm based in Mayfair.
The role will be busy and varied dealing with all elements of receptionist’s tasks including (but not limited to); management of 8 meeting rooms; call screening, stationery management, meeting and greeting and setting up and organising video conferences.
To be successful in this role you should have a good level of self-confidence and demonstrated experience in a similar fast paced industry. It’s very important that you are team-player with a muck-in attitude.
