We have just taken on a new Receptionist role working for a fantastic private equity firm. They are based in Mayfair with roughly 30 people in their stunning offices.
This is a busy role where you will work alongside one other Receptionist. The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Meeting and greeting
- Screening phone calls
- Organising meeting rooms and any necessary catering
- Setting up VCs
- Mucking in when needed.
- There will also be an element of supplier management and ordering food, stationery etc.
The ideal Receptionist should be someone who is passionate about customer service and is proactive in the role so they can set about tasks without being prompted. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, organised and someone who is able to prioritise.
This is a temp to perm role but as with all support roles at this firm, it is very much the same as a probationary period in any other company and as long as you’re successful in the role, there is most definitely a permanent role after the three month period.
