Office Assistant / Receptionist
£25,000 + clothing and gym allowance
We're working with a fun, vibrant and down-to-earth company based in the middle of Soho who are looking for an Office Assistant / Receptionist to join them! This is a really varied role where you'll be responsible for not only reception but also ensuring the smooth running of the office. Our client is a global real estate company dealing in the logistics sector. There's around 50 in their London office and they maintain a lovely relaxed yet professional environment. This company also offers great opportunity for progression for the right person - the last candidate we placed in this role is now supporting the CEO.
In the role you'll be reporting to the Office Manager and working alongside one other receptionist so team players are key. Our client is looking for a well-presented Office Assistant / Receptionist with a friendly and outgoing personality who'll provide a fantastic first impression to all guests. It's a busy and fast-paced role so you'll also need to have a proactive and can-do attitude, to be able to work to tight deadlines and deal with urgent situations. To be successful in this role good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner are key as well as previous experience in a similar role.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Managing meetings rooms
- Keeping office supplies stocked
- Dealing with facilities queries and issues
- Onboarding new starters
- Managing diaries and booking cars
- Up to £25k plus discretionary bonus

- Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm
