Front of House Manager

This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist or Front of House Manager to take on a role within a well respected US Investment Bank. They've just moved into an amazing new office space in Hanover Square. There's around 30 in the office you'd be based in but with lots of room to grow the team over the next few years. There is also great opportunities for progression in the company if you're interested in further developing your skills long term as a PA or Office Manager.
This is truly unique Front of House Manager / Reception role as it's very vary varied position. Some of your responsibilities (just to name a few) will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up for meetings
- Ground floor security
- Stationery ordering
- Health & safety, fire risk assessment
- On boarding new hires
- Dealing with contractors and couriers
You'll be working closely with the Office Manager so will also be required to help with any overflow. We've placed some of the other support staff in the office and we can vouch that they're super friendly and lovely to work with.
To be successful in this position you'll ideally have previous experience running a reception desk in a corporate setting. As you'll be first point of contact our client is looking for a Receptionist who is friendly and welcoming, happy to act as the 'face of the company'. Excellent communication, time management, and multi tasking skills are also a must.
