Looking for an exceptional Receptionist position in a truly great company? Our client is a leading firm that focuses on private equity. They have headquarters in New York and there's around 60 in London (in lovely offices). There's a really lovely culture where everyone is super warm and friendly (we've previously placed a number of candidates here and they absolutely love it).

We're looking for a Receptionist with a warm and friendly manner, and who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Our client is looking for someone who will give an impeccable 5* service to all guests and constantly strive to go above and beyond. You'll need to be confident in all aspects of the role and be comfortable working at a fast-paced setting.

You'll ideally have extensive experience within a high-end customer service focused role, and some amount of corporate reception experience.

You'll be the sole Receptionist on a stand-alone desk, however will be sitting with another member of staff so will definitely still feel part of the team. Your day-today could include any of the following (just to name a few):

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Setting up VCs
  • Various ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Salary up to £38k plus discretionary bonus
  • Private health and dental
  • 25 days holiday
  • Breakfast and lunch provided daily
  • Gym membership
  • Quarterly team socials and holiday party
  • Hours are 9am - 6pm
