Corporate Receptionist



A highly regarded private equity firm is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join them at their stunning office based in Mayfair. There's about 70 employees in their London office currently and they really pride themselves on their culture so you'll instantly feel welcome in the role.


Our client is looking for a warm yet professional Receptionist who has exceptional communication skills.  You'll need to be able to give an impeccable service to all guests and constantly strive to go above and beyond. You'll need to be confident in all aspects of the role- it's super fast paced and you'll be juggling multiple tasks at once! Previous experience working in a similar corporate environment would be beneficial.


You'll be working alongside one other receptionist on the front desk. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Organising lunches for meetings
  • Organising some travel
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks
