We've just taken on an amazing opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant to join a highly regarded, international private equity firm in Mayfair. It's a lovely boutique sized firm with 15 people in the London office and a real family feel. You'll manage the reception desk and given autonomy, a great chance to really expand your skill set. You'll be meeting and greeting important guests and therefore offering a 5* service is essential as well as invoicing, managing meeting rooms including bookings, setting up, clearing up and arranging for catering/video conferencing etc. You'll also answer phones and assist with facilities, as well as do some overflow PA work including booking travel, managing diaries and completing expense reports.
This is a hugely varied receptionist role and an amazing opportunity for someone who is keen to work for a successful, friendly and professional firm. They are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and proactive with exceptional communications skills and a muck in attitude.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Arranging in-house lunches
- Dealing with post and couriers
- Organising office events
- Up to £35k plus discretionary bonus
