We've just taken on an amazing opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a highly regarded, international private equity firm in Mayfair.
This is a lovely boutique sized firm with 15 people in the London office and a real family feel. You will manage the reception desk and will have lots of autonomy giving you the opportunity to really expand your skill set. You will be meeting and greeting important guests and therefore offering a 5* service will be essential as well as invoicing, managing meeting rooms including bookings, setting up, clearing up and arranging for catering/video conferencing etc. If you have managed a meeting room diary this would be beneficial. You will also answer phones, assist with facilities, as well as do some overflow PA work including booking travel, managing diaries and completing expense reports.
This is a hugely varied receptionist role and an amazing opportunity for someone who is keen to work for a successful, friendly and professional firm. They are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and proactive with exceptional communications skills and a muck in attitude.
Hours are 08.30-17.30 with some flexibility. The successful receptionist will receive a salary of up to £32k depending on experience, as well as a competitive benefits package, which includes:
