We have just taken on a fantastic Team Assistant and Receptionist role with a lovely boutique investment client of ours which is based in Mayfair in beautiful offices with around 15 employees. They are a close-knit team with a really strong culture, making it a lovely place to work. In this role you will be working alongside the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, diaries, meeting rooms and travel arrangements.
They are looking for a polished and enthusiastic team player to come in and hit the ground running. It is an extremely varied hybrid role where you will be involved with both traditional Receptionist plus additional Team Assistant duties - which really is a great way to take the next step up in your career!
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Making sure meeting rooms are booked and prepared for meetings (they have 3 in total)
- Post, taxis and couriers
- Event organisation
- Team support
- Booking frequent overseas travel
- Managing expenses and diaries
- Meeting scheduling
- 8.30am to 5.30pm
