We have just taken on an extremely exciting Receptionist role working with one of our favourite clients based in Victoria.

They are a unique prestigious alternative investment firm with a focus on investing in international developing communities. They are a long standing client of ours and we can vouch for the positive work environment they promote.

You will work alongside three Receptionists alternating shifts within the hours of 8-5pm, 8:30-5:30 and 9-6pm. This is an extremely busy Receptionist role where the main day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing all meeting room requests and ensuring they are kept tidy
  • Dealing with all post and distribution to the teams
  • Dealing with couriers and liaising with the building manager
  • Checking kitchen stocks, glasses, crockery and replenishing when necessary
  • Additional ad hoc administrative tasks such as office management duties

The ideal Receptionist should be someone who is passionate about customer service and is proactive in the role so they can set about tasks without being prompted. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, organised and someone who is able to prioritise.

They are offering a salary from £23-27k depending on experience alongside a fantastic benefits package which include:
