We’re looking for brilliant temporary candidates who have experience working in recruitment, in an admin or coordinator role, or experience being involved with internal recruitment processes.
We work with the top private equity firms and hedge funds across London, as well as many other well respected and successful companies within the alternative investment sector. Our clients are located in and around the West End, and have friendly, down-to-earth cultures where everyone is always happy to muck-in and help out wherever needed.
As a recruitment coordinator, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Organising interviews
- Liaising with agencies
- Communicating feedback to candidates
- Formatting CVs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks which may be required
- Screening CVs and sourcing candidates
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in recruitment, be that a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment roles. These roles can be very fast-paced, so it’s important to be able to remain calm under pressure and take the initiative. The ideal Recruitment Coordinator will be conscientious, switched on, proactive, hardworking, and have meticulous attention to detail. As these are corporate roles, it’s also extremely important to be well-presented and professional.
