We have just taken on a really exciting opportunity for a remote PA to join a Private Equity firm on a 12-month contract basis.
They are based in the West End and have around 100 people in the London office. This is a newly created project to add a fully remote PA to the existing team.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Managing diaries
- Arranging global travel
- Organising meetings
- Liaising effectively with the other PAs and team
- Expense management
- Ad hoc administration
Induction would likely be provided in the office to be more effective, but the position will be fully remote. The client is looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can work as part of a team, but also be a self-starter. Excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are key, as is experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment. Flexibility is a must too, as it will be undefined specifically who you will be supporting.
The core hours are 9am-6pm and the company offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
