This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a global alternative investment firm, located in the City, who have a phenomenal reputation. This is an Executive Assistant position primarily supporting two investment professionals and then the wider team of 8. This role will initially start out as a traditional position, but will have scope to expand upon the duties as time progresses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Complex travel arrangements
- Project work (further down the line)
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within the financial services industry
- Someone who can work at pace
- Good communicator, resilient and empathetic
- Degree preferable
- £50K + annual discretionary bonus
- Core hours 9 – 6pm
