Roadshow Coordinator

 We have just taken on a 12 month maternity contract for a Roadshow Coordinator to join a fantastic firm based in Mayfair!

The Role

This will be a 12 month contract and the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Roadshow Coordination within the US for multiple clients
  • Working alongside the New York based Roadshow Coordinator
  • Diary management including internal and external meetings, conference calls and video calls across multiple time zones
  • Global travel arrangements
  • Expenses

The Client

They are a renowned international placement agency who work with many high-profile clients in the private equity world. They have offices in London and New York, with 46 who are based in their lovely and modern Mayfair offices. It’s a very hardworking but friendly environment with a low staff turnover. 

The Candidate

The role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment as you will be supporting very busy individuals. They are looking for someone who can coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly, with strong communication skills and plenty of positive energy. Previous experience working in a similar environment is essential.
