Overview of the role

Role Responsibilities 

 

This is a newly created role for a talented recruiter to identify, nurture and hire future superstar Jossies.  In addition, our Talent Manger will be responsible for playing a hands-on role in coaching and supporting the L&D career journey for our future and existing team, as well as investing in and improving our employee experience.   

 

To be successful in this role, it’s key that our Talent Manager is a keen problem solver who is prepared to think creatively to find top quality candidates from multiple sources and backgrounds to ensure we honour our diversity commitments.  This role has great potential to evolve and grow with the business. 

  

Skillset Required 

Great communication skills – ability to build rapport 

Embody the Jossie values and culture and ability to express this when screening candidates 

Passionate about helping us build a diverse team 

A strong work ethic and someone who can take ownership of their work whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail 

Be curious and creative 

Be passionate about coaching, nurturing, and developing talent 

An innovative mind/approach 

Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt approach and style 

Be excited about setting up new processes and systems
