Overview of the role

Our Talent Manager will be the first point of contact for prospective Jossie candidates, therefore, it’s key that they have a positive, engaging experience that aligns with our values and culture.
In addition, we want to invest in the career journey we provide and create a unique, values driven employee experience to ensure our team are always challenged to be the best version of themselves.
This is a newly created role for a talented recruiter to identify, nurture and hire future superstar . In addition, our Talent Manger will be responsible for playing a hands-on role in coaching and supporting the L&D career journey for our future and existing team, as well as investing in and improving our employee experience.
To be successful in this role, it’s key that our Talent Manager is a keen problem solver who is prepared to think creatively to find top quality candidates from multiple sources and backgrounds to ensure we honour our diversity commitments. This role has great potential to evolve and grow with the business.
