We have just taken on an exciting role for a Team Assistant to join a private equity firm based in Mayfair. They have spectacular offices with 30 employees.
The main duties will include, but are not limited to the following;
- Meeting and greeting all clients, as well as being responsible for directing all calls
- PA support to a team of three senior members, including diary management
- Arranging international travel for the whole team
- General Office Assistance such as supporting the Office Manager and Finance team with projects
This is an entry level role and all that is required is previous experience working within a corporate environment. If you have prior experience working within the alternative investment sector this would definitely be advantageous.

The core hours are 9-5:30pm and they are willing to pay up to £33k (depending on experience) alongside a fantastic benefits package!
