A leading UK private equity firm is looking for an amazing Team Assistant to join their London team based in the heart of the West End. As they are a fairly small team you will really be working at the heart of the business and will be an essential part of the day to day operation.
As Team Assistant your main duties will be assisting the team with general day to day operations and event preparation. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and happy to use their initiative, you’ll need to have a bright and bubbly personality and be willing to really hit the ground running. Fantastic organisational and communication skills are key, as well as team players with a muck-in attitude. this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and be keen to take on extra responsibility.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following;
- Meeting and greeting guests
- General office administration
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Working alongside the team to plan and manage events
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
The ideal Team Assistant will be in the initial phase of their career with some proven office experience in a corporate setting. Knowledge or an interest in financial services corporations such as hedge funds or private equity firms is highly desired, but the client is more focused on candidates who have the right attitude, fast- learners and real self-starters.
- Paying up to 25k depending on experience
- Hours are 8:30 - 5pm
- 25 days holiday + Office closure during Christmas
