We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity working for a top investment Bank based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair!
They are looking for a Office Assistant to join their small and growing team to start ASAP. In return for your hard work you will receive up to 35k plus an amazing benefits package to match!
Day to day your main duties will include:
- Diary management and organising travel itineraries
- Preparing and printing off documents in advance of key investor meetings
- Answering calls and taking accurate detailed messages
- Meeting and greeting new and existing clients
- Ad hoc admin duties
The ideal candidate has excellent organisation skills, is a confident team player and a self-starter. You will be supporting a team of 8-12 people at any one time so you need to be able to think on your feet and have a good attitude at all times!

The core hours are 8-5.30pm.
