An exciting Team Coordinator position has become available within a successful Private Equity firm in Mayfair, supporting primarily 2 Partners as well as 2 other members of the team. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and non-hierarchical with lovely open plan offices. Responsibilities will include but not limited to; diary management, booking and coordinating travel, expenses and various other ad hoc duties.
It is a very busy office so the ideal candidate will be resilient and able to keep calm under pressure with proven experience in a similar position. The team coordinator will be dealing with Partners, MDs and Investors so professionalism is key as well as confidence and a hardworking, positive mentality.
The core hours are 9am – 5:30pm which offers a great work life balance. The salary will be up to £60k depending on experience as well as great benefits including a discretionary bonus.
