PA - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Salary paying up to £50k

Our client is a well-established alternative investment firm based in stunning offices located in Victoria and they are looking to hire a hardworking PA on a 12 month maternity cover. The culture is extremely friendly and team orientated and everyone will always muck in to support each other. 

The role will be looking after the Head of Department as well as 4-6 professionals which will be a mixture of VPs and through to Analysts. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Inbox management for the Head of Department
  • Complex diary management
  • Some International travel (less at the minute due to Covid-19)
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

The successful candidate will first and foremost be collaborative with the ability to adapt, be proactive and calm and collected under-pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Also, if you have previously worked as a PA within the financial sector or not for profit global organisations this will be advantageous.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of up to £50k depending on experience with a fantastic benefits package including 30 days holiday, a pension scheme, a season ticket loan and private healthcare.

The core hours are 9-5.15pm and they currently offer 3 days working from home, offering a fantastic work-life balance!
