My client is looking for an experienced PA to support a team of 5 people (2 MDs, 1 SVPs, 1 VP, and 1 Associate) at a global, American owned PE firm with a great culture. The role is based in their fantastic central Mayfair offices, with around 25 employees.
The is a very traditional PA role with lots of diary management, travel organisation and processing expenses, so having proven experience of that in a corporate background would be a huge benefit. They are looking for born organisers who get satisfaction from organising busy people and making their lives run more smoothly.
Meticulous attention to detail is also essential in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a positive can do attitude. This is something that is so important to our client and one of the reasons their culture is so unique as the company is made up of like-minded, constructive individuals.
