There are around 300 employees in their London based office in Victoria, including 35 PAs. This is a Team PA role where you will be supporting a mixture of professionals ranging from MD level to Associate. You will work alongside one other PA to ensure coverage of the full team.
They are looking for a PA who’s ready to get involved and hit the ground running. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and think on your feet, often managing multiple tasks at once. Previous experience organising complex international travel is a must. This will be a fast-paced and challenging role, but one that will be incredibly rewarding.
Your responsibilities as Personal Assistant would include, but won’t be limited to:
- Organising complex travel arrangements
- Diary management and scheduling
- Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Ad hoc administration
