We have just taken on a lovely Team EA role, working for an extremely successful asset management firm, based in Marylebone.
The firm currently employ around 450 professionals worldwide, with offices all over the world.
Your primary responsibilities will be to provide support to the busy trading floor. They travel often so organising international trips will be a big part of your role (they have other offices across Europe too), scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documents for those. In addition to this you will also be responsible for restaurant bookings, transport, processing expenses as well as screening incoming calls and inquiries.
Another element of the role will be to provide ad hoc support to the CEO, when necessary. He has his own PA but if she is away or things get exceptionally busy she may need extra support. He is demanding but fair; just incredibly busy and needs a lot of support.
Relevant experience is important, ideally in financial services. You need to be proactive and able to keep calm under pressure.
