Asset Management firm – Mayfair

£35-40k

The Client

We are looking for a superstar Team PA to join a successful boutique asset management firm based in Mayfair. 

A hardworking and fast paced environment, it is also calm, friendly and very supportive.  There is a small, dedicated team of PAs who work very collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide support to the teams and are valued across the business.

The Role

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating meetings, tele and videoconferences for the Deal Team.
  • Organising international travel, visas, covid paperwork
  • Collate expenses to be processed
  • First point of contact for overflow calls and welcoming clients to meetings
  • Additional administrative support relating to fundraising
  • Assistance with event coordination
  • Other responsibilities include some office management, HR Admin and compliance work

The Person

Seeking a candidate with previous team support experience in a corporate environment and someone confident with complex international diary and travel coordination.

A real team player with exceptional organisational skills who is a whizz at multitasking and enjoys using their initiative to see where else they could add value.
