Our client is a well-established alternative investment firm based in stunning offices located in Victoria and they are looking to hire a hardworking PA. The culture is extremely friendly and team orientated and everyone will always muck in to support each other.
The role will be looking after the Head of Department as well as 11 professionals which will be a mixture of VPs and through to Analysts. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Complex diary and travel management
- Organising international visas
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will first and foremost be collaborative with the ability to adapt, be proactive and calm and collected under-pressure. Previous experience arranging complex international travel is essential in this role as the professionals travel frequently and to remote places in Africa and Asia. Also, if you have previously worked as a PA within the financial sector or not for profit global organisations this will be advantageous.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of up to £40k depending on experience with a fantastic benefits package including 30 days holiday, a pension scheme, a season ticket loan and private healthcare.
